FIRST ZIONIST SHIP.

PARIS, August 28. The Marseilles correspondent of "Le Matin" states that as the Zion, the first vessel of the Zicmist merchant marine, was starting for Alexandria, the Police Commissary handed the captain a warrant for the seizure of the vessel in default of the payment of the balance ot the ship's purchase money. The captain insisted on starting, whereupon the Commissary had the engine disaibled. Subsequently the vessel was allowed to proceed.
