PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES. (By TeleSTirpli.—Press Association, i WELLINGTON, this day. The Minister of Health, states that though Dr. Valintine says figures for pneumonia-influenza are quite normal, indeed rather 'below average, still, this is a season when we ought to take care, and he has therefore given express instructions to the Health Department that epidemic advisory committees shaJJbe organised, in every large centre. Till i≤ merely as a precautionary measure.
