BRIEF SURVEY OF POSnTON. MONTHS OF STUDY INVOLVED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) GEXEVA, August 28. Viscount Ishii has begun drafting the Silesian report for presentation to the ' Council on Monday. This will be merely a survey of the situation. It will pro- i bably take several months to study the t voluminous documents, the mere enumeration of their headings filling nine closely typed pages.—(A. and N.Z.)
