Commencing on Wednesday, 24th inst, parcel' mails will close at the Chief Post Oifice twice daily, viz., at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The morning mails will comprise those for dispatch by steamers and trains leaving between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. The afternoon mails will comprise those for dispatch by steamers and trains leaving after 5 p.m. and before 1 p.m. the following day.
