» The Talliape Beautifying Society, which was formed a few weeks ago. intends to commence operations in- making the southern approach to the town more attractive. All unslgntly dead trees are to he removed from that portion of the soenlo reserve, and the area will he planted with suitable shrubs and trees. When this work linn been completed the society will devote its attention to other parts of the town. At. a well attended meeting nf the Kurigitlkei Crick.
