CANADA'S GOVERNOR.
LOBD BYNG INSTALLED. (Received 10.30 a.m.) QUEBEC, August 11. Lord Byng of Vimy was inaugurated as Governor-General of Canada amidst impressive ceremonies in the Legislative Chamber to-day. Huge crowds cheered him on landing. He was received by the Premier, Mr. A. Meighen, and the full Cabinet. —(A. and ISJZ. Cable.)
