Under the new rejrolations "overniu" the election of the Hoard of Governors for the «eddon Memorial Technical College, local authorities of cities, 'borough-, or counties, within five miles of college arc entitled to elect three representatives to the board. These three representatives are selected by a special committee set up by each local authority -ending one delegate.
