THE MOKOIA'S FIREMEN.
APPEAL DISMISSED. (By Telegraph.--Tress Association.) DUNEDIN, this day. The Arbitration Court to-day delivered judgment in the Mokoia case, arising from the refusal of firemen to take the vessel to eea wbile Sir George Clifford was aboard. The Magistrate at Auckland convicted the firemen of being parties to a stroke, and inflicted a penalty of -5. Defendants were now appealing. The Court dismissed the appeal. __________________________«__■-
