MIXERS ALLEGE A LOCK-OUT.
I (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, this day. Mr. Freeman, secretary of the Xightcaps Miners' Association, says the Linton and Wairaki men are not on strike, but have been locked out.
