That no .hoarding will l>e permitted to be erected adjacent to any public pa;*, recreation ground or reserve vested, in the City Council. 3. Subjection (c) cf Section ill of By-law No. 1 Is hereby repealed and in lieu thereof the following is enacted:— That the Licensee of every Licensed Hoarding Hhall pay to the Council a._liccnse fee at the rate of 2/ per square yard per annum, commencing on the Ist day of -April in each year.
