RAFFROCHEBIENT SUGGESTED. A CHANGE OF POLICY. (Received 11.30 a.m.l ROME, May 31. The "Messaggero" publishes-an article advocating the reopening of the Roman Catholic question, which is attracting much attention. The "Corrier d'ltalia," commenting, says it represents a significant change of policy from anti- clericalism to close accord with the Vatican, arid says it moans recognition of the Vatican's international influence, which official Italy ignored until the war opened everyone's eyes.—-(A. and N.Z.
