ACCEPTED BY BAVARIA PROVISION FOR REPARATIONS (By Cable.—rrcss Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11..10 a.m.) BERLIN, May 31. The Bavarian disarmament question has been settled, and a complete list of the organisations disbanding is being sent to the Allies. • Among the schemes of financing the reparations, Cabinet is considering mortgaging a fifth of Germany's capital, and the establishment of Government monopolies on coal, sugar, saccharine, and spirits. Labour advices state that although the Central Government lias furnished General Mollett, the leader of the Fron?h military mission, with a disbanding list, final agreement with Bavaria is ipparently still outstanding, but agreement is anticipated.—(A. and N.Z.
