Among the < interested visitors was Wiremu Henare : ' Toka, of Batley, who, on behalf of the ' , Ngatiwhatua tribe, invited Ratana to' 1 visit his district. It was arranged that ' Ratana should visit the Ngatiwhatua ''I tribe not later than May. travelling up > the Kaipara line from" Auckland and - holding meetings at Rewhiti, Batley and : 1 Dargaville. In order to give the Nga- | puM, Rarawa and Aupouri tribes the 2 opportunity of benefiting by liatana's t ministrations, Mr. Henare Tiika is invit- ( ing applications from them for visits < from the uealer, and, according to the t number of requests received, by the end < of April a route for Ratana's northern ■ tour among the tribes will be decided on. : He will return to Auckland via Wha- ■ ngarei.
