Mr. Massey has received a cable' from the High Commissioner! —"The I ■Ministry of Tood announces that their i control over import, distribution, and | prices of butter will "be revoked on .March 31, and that the trade distribu-j ton up to March 111 wiil be the lasti allotment of Government butter. There-. after the Ministry's stocks will be sold' from 3tore to approved first band buyers,who will be at liberty 10 sell to any! cnstomer without restriction. This revocation will render the term 'Govern-; ment butter' unnecessary, as the public; will ba able to purchase according to type, quality, and price as in pre-c-ontrol days."
