The Ruggesttlon was quickly obeyed, anil soon, in response to the shrill blasts fr>.m 11 whistle, a couple of pollt-emen appeared. "I'm jjlud you've come. I'm tired i>l holding this spoon against his back!" re- | marked Marie, as she handed the burglar over to the policemen. "Spoon!" exclaimed one of the officers. "Is that what .yon fooled him with? Well, I'll be jljtge-red"' companion burst into a roar of laughter. Thru Amio pleaded to 'be kicked. When Amio appeared before the magistrate on the morning after his midnight adventure, and was committed to the Tombs Prison to await trial, he commented on his experience. "A couple uf skirts that, have the grit to go into a business like that in a city of skyscrapers like this naturally would be capable of anything," h e remarked to the magistrate.
