The starting of the first reticulation ol electric energy carried out by any powei board in the Dominion takes place at Paeroa on March 28, under the auspices of the Thames Valley Electric Powei Board, which includes the local borough jouncil and the Ohinemuri County Council. The Minister of Public Works has promised to perform the ceremony, and will probably be supported by the Hon. J. C. Parr, Minister of Education, lnvi tations have been issued for an unofficial iinner at the Criterion Hotel at ti-15 p.m.. and the ceremony is fixed for 7 p.m., to be followed by a smoke sect-, ii tie Cental Uae_.tr*. , , 4^_^i<
