WATERFRONT ACCIDENTS.

Two cases were admitted to the Hospital this afternoon, l>oth the result of accidents on the waterfront. A fireman on the Port Lyttelton named John Sanford was working in the stokehole when he had the misfortune to have his foot scalded. The other case was that of a waterside worker named Alexander Patterson, aged 34 years, residing in Grey Street. He was working on a staging unloading the Kurow, when he had a fall and sustained injuries which were not of a very serious nature to his right hip and arm.
