INVALID DIVORCES.
GRANTED IN INDIA. j (Received 2 p.m.i LONDON. March 10. The Divorce Court has decided that a decree of the Indian Court dissolving marriages contracted in India between persons resident in India but domiciled in England, is invalid. Consequently an Act of Parliament is nicessary to legalise numerous Indian divorces granted, followed by remarriages during the last 52 years. —(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
