FRENCH TROOPS IN GERMANY.
COMPLETE UNITY WITH ALLIES. (Received 10 a.m.> PARIS, March 10. A representative of the newspaper "Matin" interviewed General Allen, commander of the American troops in the occupied area. General Allen emphasised the complete Allied military unity in the Rhine areas, and said that thisVas the first time that the Americans siad not joined >rith the other Allies. Up hoped, nevertheless that the Americans would ne retained in France as long us they were useful.— (A. and X.Z. Colile.)
