CHEMISTS' CONFERENCE.
(By Telegraph.—rress Association.) CHRISTCHVUCH. Thursday. At the pharmaceutical conference today, remits from the Auckland and Wellington divisions regarding hours were discussed at length. It was decided to reaffirm the resolution passed at last year's conference, to the effect that an amendment J>e sought to section 17 of the Police Offences Act- It was also decided that application be made for a Dominion award for chemists' assistants and managers. The nest conference will be held in Auckland.
