SECRETARY RESIGNS.
TRIBUTES TO R.S.A. OFFICER. The resignation of Mr. K. F. Andrew*, the secretary of the Auckland Returned Soldiers' Association, was accepted with repret at last night's meeting. Mr. (3. Klliot (presiding;) said that few men in Xew Zealand iruld have done so well for the association as Mr. Andrews had done. He had sacrificed himself to hU work. Mr. A. ('. A. S?xton said Mr. Andrews had been an outstanding fijrtire at Dominion conferences, and after other members had added their tribute" it was decided to ;rive the retiring officer three months' leave on full pay.
