Mr. O'Callaghan, the Lord Mayor o Cork, who recently arrived in Amerie. as a stowaway and without a passport for the. purpose of giving evidence befor tho Committee of a Hundred on the pre sent state of Ireland, has now boei granted a seaman's certificate by th United States authorities, and he, is therefore, at liberty to ship aboard an foreign bound vessel.—fA. n.nH vzi
