GOING OFF SATISFACTORILY. Asked this morning about the Soldiers' Txmn of £6.000,000. the Premier (the Right Hon. W. F. Massey) said he was not able to say exactly haw much money had been subscribed. The loan was still open, but he <"ouli. say that tlie loan was far from being a failure.
