U.S.A. AND GERMAN PEACE.
ONLY RAY OF LIGHT. NEW YORK, Decmeber 2.1. The German Foreign Minister, ITerr Simon, in an article in the "Frankfort Zeitung," stated that the only ray of light in the night covering Germany came from the land of the Stars and Stripes. Herr Simon expressed the belief that Mr. W. G. Harding, after his inauguration in the Presidency, would not delay the establishment of peace between Germany and the United States, and this more than anything else would tend to revive the spirit of economic life in Germany.—(A. and X.Z. Cable).
