A QUIET SPELL. FEW ROWDY INCIDENTS. (Received 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, December 26. The Irish Office announces that a group of Sinn Feiners in Dublin fired on a group of unarmed military, wounding one. Excepting a few incidents pf rowdyism the holidays passed quietly throughout
