SUPREME COURT BENCH.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DUXEDIK, this day. Mr. Justice Stringer will probably be assigned to the Auckland judicial district. There is no foundation for the report that Sir Robert Stout intends resigning the Chief Justiceship. He has been granted twelve months leave and he sails for America in February and goes on to England.
