TESTING EGGS FOR SEX. MACHINE'S BAG GUESSING. (Received 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. In the shape of a machine, the Agricultural Department has tested the latest claim to the solution of the troublesome question of the sex of eggs. Of sixteen eggs which the machine indicated contained males, eight produced males and eight females; of twenty-one others which the machine backed as females, thirteen yielded males and eight females.
