A VIOLENT LEADER. ORGANISING AN ARMY. (Received 10 a.m.) DELHI, Oetpber IT. Gandhi, the Xationalist leader, who i? at tlio head of the non-co-operation movement, made a violent speech at Lucknow. Referring to the murder ol Commissioner YVilloughby, he said: "When we shall use swords .again we shall warn European wome.i and children." He said he intended to organic Hindustan into a large army.
