RUSSO-POLISH TREATY.
NOT RECOGNISED BT AMERICA (Received 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, October IS. The Government will not recognise any treaty between Poland and the Bolsheviks which undertakes to dispose of Russian territory without the consent of the Russian people, which must be expressed through a representative Government recognised by the United States. It is exnected that the State Department will notify Poland to this effect. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
