, I BLACK WATER OFF TFIK CHATHAMS. (By telegraph.— Press Association.) WELLIXGTOX, this day. The Secretary-General of thp Post' Office has received the following radio message from Chatham Island:—"lt is reported from Owenjra that for the past fortnight the sea for a distance of thirty miles off the whore and beyond is greatly discoloured by some black bUbstanee. The is. unknown."
