MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.

i . FULL LABOUR TICKETS. There will be full tickets of labour candidates in each of the three, forthcoming elections —City Council, Harbour Board, and Hospital and Charitable Aid Board. The period allowed for the receipt of nominations closed with the secretary of the Labour Representation Committee, Mr. D. Wilson, to-d?-y. A tally of the nominations show that in each case more than the required number have come to hand, with the result that a plebiscite will have to be taken to reduce them in accordance with the seats available on the respective bodies. At present Labour is represented only on the City Council and the Hospital Board by Messrs. M. J. Savage, T. Blood - worth, and G. Davis, in the case of tyie first authority, and Mr. M. J. Savage the latter. —
