The butter shortage is being keenly felt 'in Te Aroha. This, - of course, makes for a shortage, but the f ! decision of the dairy -companies not to sell ianv new season butter at the present 2 gazetted rates naturally accentuates it. b A property of 04 acres at Te Aroha West, a portion of w.MHi requires considerable improvement, has just chanced hands at flKi 3 per acre.
