RECOMMENDATION BY CORONER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In a rider to a verdict concerning the death of Robert Filewood, who died of Bright'e disease, accelerated by a fall from a football special car, Mr. J. S. Evans, coroner, uiged the consideration and Gazetting of tramways regulations should be taken in band without delay.
