Auckland, when the following Special Resolution passed, at a Special Meeting of the said Council held on Frlduv, the 17th day of September, 1920, will be submitted for confirmation ns a Special Order: — "That the Waitetnata County Council do hereby make a By-law drawn for that purpose under the provisions of the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public Health Act. lOCS, and Amendments thereto respectively, and every other Act in that behalf enabling it, amending the Sanitary nnd 'Building By-laws of the said Council passed at a Special .Meeting held on the 30th day of ' August. 1912. nnd confirmed at a subsequent meeting held on the Uth day of October. 1912, by deleting the words •the Ridings means the Takapuna, Wnlpureliii, nnd Waikuniete Ridings' In Clause 1 thereof, by deleting -Clause 91 thereof: and by deleting the words •any of the Ridings' wherever the same occur lp the said By-laws and substituting therefor tho words 'the County,' such latter term to uienn the County of Wnitenintn." A copy of the By-law is deposited at the said County Office for public inspection during office hours.
