A LOADING DISPUTE.
STEAMERS LEAVE TOWNSVILLE (Deceived 10.30 n.m.) BRISBANE, this day. Owing to a demand for an extra fourpence an hour by hatchmen and winchmen at Townsville, two steamers ceased loading frozen meat, and have been ordered to return to Sydney. The companies have threatened that no refrigerated vessel will visit Townsville unless the Government guarantees. loading.— (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
