PROPOSED AMENDMENTS. VIEW OF AUCKLAND ACCOUNTANTS At the meeting of the Auckland branch of the New yjenland Society of Accountants last evening the Land and Income , Tax Bill, at present before Parliament, was made the subject of discuasion. After discussion the following resolution was carried: "That this meeting of the Auckland branch of the New Zealand Society of Accountants is of opinion that it is important for the stability of business in the Dominion that permanent methods of j taxation should be decided by a Koyal Commission set up for the purpose, so that any annual sum required can be obtained by variation of the rates without the necessity of continually altering the incidence , ' HALL'S WINE FOR HEALTH.
