L.M.S. DEPUTATION.

The Rev. Stewart Wright, for many years a missionary in Central Africa, has arrived in Auckland as the deputation from the London Missionary Society for 192(5. He was tendered a welcome last night at Beresford Street Congregational Church, when Rev. Harry Johnson of Mt. Eden, presided, he also having 6pent some years as a missionary in Africa. A solo rwaa contributed „y Mr. H. Wakelin. A young people's meeting will be held at Newton Church on Saturday evening. Mr. Stewart speaks to-night at Mount Roskill Church, to-morrow night at .Jew Lynn, and next week helds meetings in. the city churches, after which he is tq visit Maungaturoto.
