The Riverina, which arrived from Sydney on Monday, brought fourteen Chinese. Thirteen of these were put through the education test yesterday by the Collector of Customs, and all succeeded in satisfying requirements. Two Chinese arrived by the Mokoia this morning, and they both passed the test. The total number of arrivals to date is 622. Devonport Loan Poll, October 13.
