NEW SOUTH WALES BILL. LIMITATION OF EXPORT. SYDNEY, The 'Anti-Profiteering Bill, which has been introduced by the New South Wales Government to take the place of the Commodities Control Act at present in force, provides for the restriction of 'undue profits, tho collection of information regard the operations of trusts, the prevention of unfair methods of trade competition, the promotion of co-opera-tive enterprise, the amendment of the Arbitration Acts, and the control and acquisition of necessary commodities and the control of necessary services. The penalties for breaches of the Act are fines from £100 to £1,000, and imprisonment for five years. The Supreme Court is empowered to wind up corporations guilty of a breach of the Act. The bill also provides for the limitation of the export of necessary commodities when there are not sufficient supplies for home consumption, and the taxation of excess profits—(A. and N.Z. Cable.)
