"My I'.anjo ■Girl," while "Sweet K*irly Violets" was given by George Proctor with pleasing charm. A sketch, "The Admirable Kle nlng," by Gue Dawson and Tano Fama. was received with applause, while "Winter Time," sung Uy Stan Lawson ami company, also came in for attention. An amusing patter song. "I Am a Diadda," was contributed with success by Tano Kama. Other Items nl<o warmly received were "Awake." by Krank .Perkins, hart tone: "I Did Not Know," George Bosher: "Down in Zummerset." Len. Walker: 'Messrs. Wallace iind Stuart also contributed with a diverting medley of comedy and drama. The performance will be repeated this evening, ami on Friday and Saturday the company will appear nt the Kings Theatre. Newton. KILLERS VAUDEVILLE. ■Happiness ruled once more nt Fuller's Opera House lam night, for the new bill wns set off with a swing. The vaudeville part of the evening eeeined to he rather short, but it was quite good, easily the brightest, happiest, and most active turn being staged by the Nine Wonders. These nine little wonders are an accumulation • oT kiddles ranging from live to thirteen years old, and each and all are distinguished by their acrobatic ability, A feature of their turn Is tile Apache dance, carried through In convincing and* savage action by the two smallest of these clever children. The Smithsonian* are newcomer* here. They are a pair of male vocalists, tenor and buss, who blend, their tuneful volceß well. Hnl Rale is an entertainer at the piano, and lie gives a song or two. a few amusing anecdotes, and interesting musical interpretations of various things. Balto, the equilibrists, balances on two-logged chatr-s that are swinging on " rope, and keeps the hearls or the audience Jumping Into their throats, as it were. 'His turn conjee Jnst before that of Eddie Martyn. a slim fellow who Is more than passably clever with hits feet, and give* hilarious Imitations of well-known subjects. AUSTRALIAN" DIGGERS. At His Majesty's Theatre on Tuesday Company will make Its nppeumnce here, under the management of Messrs. J. and N. Tnit. The company consists of A.I.F. returned men, and there are no less than five female impersonators, who are said to create endless merriment, and to present a revelation in magnificent gowns, often worn with a grace and ease many real women might envy. One crttie writes: "Anyone seeing the performance of the 'Smart Set Diggers' wlio is not satisfied that he has seen one of the best things in vaudeville must be exceedingly hard to please."
