VICTIMISATION- STILL CLAIMED.

Mr. S. h. \\ riVht (secretary of tJie Employers I'ederation) made an inspection ]of the works on Saturday. | The union met yesterday afternoon and endorsed the suggestion that the question of alleged victimisation on the part of the company should be left to an independent tribunal or to the \rb'tration Court to settle. The union is also prepared not to seek legal redress in reject to any charges the company may bring; again-t an employee or .em-1 jpoyecs in support of a contention that I they be not reinstated. H is understood tOiat only one of the men that went out on strike has returned to work. Regarding the union suggestion for settling this aspect of the dispute members contend that should | the company not take advantage of it I they will conclude that the company have I nothing to support their attitude in the I matter.
