Sir.—lt will probably be of interest to your readere to know that the proprietary and joint business managers of "The Scmoan Times Printing and Publishing Company, Apia," arc. as per announcement in that paper:—Olaf Frederick 'Kelson.,, merchant, Apia; RSberfc Maek-enzte Watson, Judge of the District Court, Apia; 'Perch al Ernest Patrick, military liquidator, Apia; Samuel John Wills, accountant, Apia; Arthur Duguiil Keeling, bank manager. Apia. Mr. INe'son is at present in England on a very extended holiday. Mr. Patrick is now Commissioner of Crown Lands and German plantations taken over by 'Xew Zealand; and Air. WiHa is Mr. Patrick's accountant. Mr. Keeling, in addition to being the bank manager, is a nominated member of the Administrator's Advisory Legislative Council. — I am, etc., W. H. lIULCAHY. (Tβ the Editor.! • s ir.—In connection with the statement by .Mr. Dobbie, ex-editor of the "Samoa Times," published in your issue of the •25th August, anent the status of the shareholders of the "Samoa Times," from •which it might be inferred the Government of Samoa controlled that paper, I would like to advise that I have reliable authority to state that the Government of Samoa has no interest in the "Samoa Times."
