Monthly Meetings. —On the motion of Councillor Touur. it was resolved to meet on the first Tuesday in ea-ch month in future, instead of fortulfrhtly. Kauri (Snllv Reserve.--Councillor Tonnr. one of the Northrote representatives on the Kauri Gully Sv-enlo Board, stated that I improvements required were Iwmpered for the want of funds.
