WRANGEL'S DEFEAT.
A BOLSHEVIK REPORT. FORCES ANNIHILATED. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) MOSCOW, August 31. A wireless message from Moscow informed the Russian delegation in London that the "Hods" completely annihilated General Wrangel's forces in Southern Russia. They landed at Kuban and also defeated General AVrangel'e troops north of Tauria. General Wrangel now holds only the Crimea Peninsula. (A. and N.Z. Cable.)
