SPLENDID PROGRESS.
As might have been expected, the Citizens' Committee campaign to raise £16,000 on behalf of the V.M.C.A. is meeting a generous response. For the "Re.d Triangle" has earned the respect not only of communities, hut of the world. It is one of those great movements which call to their ranks the thousands who seek realisation of an ideal, and in working find it. The V.M.C.A. look out cle*r-cyed on the world and its ways. They know many men as they are without direction, and as they might be -when intelligently guided. So that they seek to obtain as members "boys and young men whom in their most impressionable years they can influence for good. Wholesome recreation and 'books, clean sport, the society and counsel of leading citizens—these are some of the reasons why mothers and fathers in all lands are glad that thevr boys are members of the V.M.C.A. And there are equally good reasons why mothers apd fathers should give as freely as in their power to help the campaign, so ttat the V.M.C.A. may bei enabled to extend the good work.
