CAMPAIGN IN FULL SWING. BARE MAJORITY SYSTEM. (Received "It.SO n.ni-1 LONDON, August 13. Although polling will not take place til November, a great prohibition campaign is in progress in Scotland. A lull on similar lines to the former New Zenland law provides for a bare majority decision on t,he issues of continuance, reduction, or prohibition. -Both sides are putting their best efforts into the fieht, and sending much money. The prohibition advocates include many •Americans.-(United Service.)
