The Conciliation Commissioner, Ifo jP. Clark, H. J. Wykes, and C. H. <Jrif. fiths. while for the employers, Mum. F. V. Hoffman. W. S. Fisher and A. V. Swales were the assessors. Mr."g, __.' Wright was advocate for the employer! and Mr. Clark, ■who is secretary of t_» men's union, acted in the dual capacity of assessor and advocate. Satisfactory progress was reported.
