ACTION AGAINST TRUSTEES.

An action was heard by his Honor Mr. Justice Cooper, sitting in Banco this morning, wherein Emma Deakin (Mr. V. R. Meredith) called upon the. trustees in the estate of her deceased husband (Mr. A. L: Denniston). to provide her with sufficient money to go to England and maintain herself there. Plaintiff wished to go and reside with relatives at Home. After hearing counsel his Honor made an order for a lump sum of £50 to pay the passage, and ordered maintenance at the rate of £2 per week while plaintiff live* in England.
