TOKYO, May 21
■ The .educational. authorities announce tbe opening in September of a school of aeronautics. The school was originally planned for 1023. Experienced foreign instructors are engaged in the perfection of wireless telephony between warships and aeroplanes. It is announced that telephones will'be installed in all naval aeroplanes.—(Reiiter.)
