. TRADE NAME DISPUTE. Judgment was given yesterday afternoon by Mr. Justice Cooper in the action in which A. Eady and Company, music sellers, sought an injunction restraining Louis R. Eady and Son. Ltd., piano iraporterSj from using the name " Eady'e," " £ady and Company," or any other name so similar thereto as to be calculated to deceive the public. His Honor said that the defendant comparry was entitled to use the name of " Louis R. Eady and Son, Ltd, , ' but it also claimed to be en-titled to use the name "'Eady'a." In his Honor's opinion, it.he plaintiff company was entitled to an I injunction restraining the defendant company from the use of the word "'Eady's," Costs of action were given against the defendant company.
